WE BUILD BRAVER KIDS, ONE MOVEMENT AT A TIME
PN40 is where Montréal kids learn to move with confidence. Across parkour, ninja, and gravity, our coaches teach real movement skills — built on progression and safety, never reckless stunts. From the first hang at age four to a competitive line at sixteen, every athlete trains at their own level, in a space designed so families can watch every step.
- Three disciplines under one roof — parkour, ninja, and gravity, from age four up
- Purpose-built, fully-padded facility with foam pits, warped walls, and obstacle rigs
- Certified coaches who progress every kid at their own pace — no pressure, no shortcuts
TRAINING
HOW THE 10-WEEK PROGRAM WORKS

New athletes are placed at the right wristband level, learn the gym's safety basics, and start drilling the foundational movements of their discipline.

Coaches introduce the key vaults, hangs, and movements for each level — plenty of reps to lock in clean, confident technique.

A halfway progress review shows exactly where each athlete stands, then coaches raise the challenge to keep them growing.

Athletes start linking skills into smooth sequences — flow, transitions, and confidence on bigger obstacles and the warped wall.

he session closes with a level assessment toward the next wristband, plus a showcase where families watch everything come together.
Questions before you enroll?
Not sure which class or level fits your child? Our team’s happy to help you find the right starting point — no pressure, just answers.
For Our French-Speaking Families
Every coach is fully bilingual, so your child learns en français from warmup to cool-down — and all forms, waivers, and updates come in French too. Our coaching follows the internationally recognized WFPF Parkour Academy method, aligned with Parkour Québec standards, and our staff are First Aid certified. Real structure and real safety, in the language your family knows best.
For Our English-Speaking Families
From day-one warmups to the final showcase, your child trains, asks questions, and connects with coaches entirely in English. It's the same certified, bilingual team and the same WFPF Parkour Academy curriculum — aligned with Ninja Canada League goals — that builds skills safely, one wristband level at a time. Whether they're brand new or chasing their next level, they'll feel right at home.
